Michael Johnson has more than 25 years of experience in the power industry, recognized for his leadership in managing large-scale electric transmission programs, from Plan of Development requirements to Project Management Office oversight. He has a proven track record in corporate strategy and governance, mergers and acquisitions, thought leadership, and building client accounts tied to high-value delivery centers seeing 20-percent-plus annual growth. Michael’s approach is collaborative and includes incorporating team building and communication, continuous improvement, operational accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to create a culture of success.

Johnson holds a Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law, certifications from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biogeography from UCLA.
