To inspire and harness the creative energy of our bright people, Kleinfelder kicked off a formal innovation program in 2020. Many of the ideas generated have been successfully deployed, with others in pilot phases. 

Our most critical innovation initiatives are focused on solving our clients’ challenges. Our innovative thinkers have partnered with several technology firms (Bentley, ESRI, Autodesk, Microsoft) to leverage cutting-edge advancements in technology.
