Whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned professional, we provide a variety of career development opportunities for employees of all levels, including seminars, classes, online training, on-the-job training, and financial assistance to obtain professional registrations, credentials, or additional education.

On a daily basis, Kleinfelder staff are connecting to mentors, peers, and other resources through organizational programs, such as Kleinfelder’s Technical Network (KTN), Kleinfelder’s Mentoring Program, and focused technical practice groups, that facilitate learning, networking, and support career growth.  Staff are also encouraged to participate and hold leadership positions in professional associations/organisations.

Graduate Development Program Graduates are our future leaders, and to ensure they learn and grow, Kleinfelder has developed a supportive program to guide them in gaining rounded and varied professional experiences.
