Ann serves as President and is a member of Kleinfelder’s Board of Directors. A prominent industry executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience, Ann has a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and profitability for large-scale, global organizations. Prior to joining Kleinfelder, she served as President and CEO of Environment and Infrastructure Solutions for Wood Group, where she oversaw 6,500 employees across the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. Her career also includes tenures as President of Global Environment and Infrastructure for Amec Foster Wheeler and President and CEO for MACTEC, where she focused on market diversification and operational integration.

Throughout her distinguished career, Ann has been recognized for her leadership and influence within the energy and engineering market sectors. She is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Phillips Construction. Additionally, Ann has previously served on the Board of Directors for Wood Programs, Skanska, and Gresham Smith.
