Nicholas (Nick) Mitrakis serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kleinfelder. As a dynamic financial leader with a distinguished career driving enterprise-scale growth for global organizations, Nick oversees all financial activities across the firm while providing integral leadership for corporate services, risk mitigation, and real estate departments. Prior to joining Kleinfelder, Nick held key domestic and international leadership roles at WSP USA, K2 Partnering Solutions, Pagegroup, and Siemens. His deep industry roots and proven ability to navigate complex, strategic expansions are central to driving Kleinfelder’s financial strategy and long-term market impact.

Nick holds a Master of Business Administration from the College of Business at Texas A&M University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in finance with international business honors from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. Nick’s professional certifications include the International Mergers & Acquisitions (IM&A) designation from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances in Zurich, Switzerland, and the Certified Design Accountant (CDA) credential from the Certified Design Accountants Association.  Additionally, he completed the Siemens Management Development Program through the Center for Creative Leadership and UNC Chapel Hill.
