The Ashton Grove Project is a residential subdivision comprising 117 lots developed by the state-owned Landcom development company. Our client was successful in its tender to undertake the substantial earthworks for Precinct 10.


Minimising Impacts to the Surrounding Community

The EMP enabled our client to undertake the extensive excavation and grouting works in close proximity to residential areas with reduced impacts on adjoining housing, whilst also complying with contractual and legislative obligations. As a result, our client was able to proceed with development in a timelier, more cost-effective manner.

Effective and Cost-efficient Solutions

Kleinfelder worked with our client and noise specialists to develop an EMP for the proposed works. The plan incorporated effective and cost-efficient solutions to enable works to be undertaken with minimal delays and reduced disturbance to community.
